Submitting a WhatsApp request from this website is not a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only after dates, final price, payment terms and house rules are agreed in writing with the host.

1. Availability request

Guests can request dates through WhatsApp at +351 938 131 973. The host replies with availability, final price and any booking-specific conditions.

2. Prices and payment

Prices may vary by season, length of stay, number of guests and availability. Any deposit, balance due date and payment method must be confirmed in writing before the reservation is accepted.

3. Cancellation and prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to the selected stay. Guests should check the written offer before confirming.

4. Ecotax

Madeira ecotax is EUR 2 per night for each guest over 12 years old, charged for a maximum of 7 nights per person. The tax is paid in cash on arrival unless otherwise agreed.

5. Damage policy

If guests cause damage during the stay, they may be asked to pay up to EUR 80 after check-out, according to the property's damage policy.

6. License and complaints
